Shipping and payment

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges are as follows

Small orders (sent in an envelope) Postage $3 anywhere in New Zealand

Courier orders $6 anywhere in New Zealand (except rural).

Rural Courier $8 for orders under $100

Orders over $200.00 delivery is FREE In New Zealand

Orders over $125 placed online thru this website delivery is free.

International Orders postage is charged at cost, we will email you a choice of shipping methods.

Payment options

Personal Orders must be prepaid by Cheque,Internet Banking or credit card.

Orders from Schools or Kindergartens (within New Zealand) with an order number and delivery address to the school, Terms are 14 days. Payment can be made by cheque, Direct Debit, internet banking or credit card.

International Orders must be paid by credit card. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
